Privacy Policy

This policy describes what VectorBrief collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to every property we operate at vectorbrief.io and any of its subdomains, including www.vectorbrief.io, app.vectorbrief.io, intel.vectorbrief.io, admin.vectorbrief.io, api.vectorbrief.io, and status.vectorbrief.io. Your use of the Service is also subject to our Terms of Service, which we may update at any time without notice.

Short version: we collect the minimum we need to operate the Service, we don’t sell your data, and you can remove yourself from the system at any time.

What we collect

When you subscribe to the free digest: your email address and the signup source. When you become a paid subscriber: account identity (collected through our authentication and access- control layer), your subscriber profile (NAICS, certifications, capability statement, etc.), and your in-product activity (saved searches, feedback, pipeline status updates).

How we use it

To run the Service: score opportunities for you, send you the digests you requested, operate support. We log minimal request metadata (timestamp, route, response time) for reliability and to satisfy our own SLOs. We do not sell your data and we do not use your data to train any third-party model. Output is generated by our proprietary scoring algorithms and techniques, based on our intellectual property, running on infrastructure we control.

Third parties

We use third-party service providers for functions such as edge infrastructure, authentication, billing, transactional and marketing email, and error telemetry. We select these providers in our discretion and may change them at any time without notice. Each processes your data only for its function and under its own terms. We do not use advertising trackers.

Cookies

We use strictly-necessary session cookies for authentication. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on vectorbrief.io.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email via the one-click unsubscribe link present in every message. You can delete your account at any time from within the platform, or by emailing legal@vectorbrief.io. We will delete your personally-identifiable data within 30 days of your request (retaining only aggregated, non-identifying usage metrics for billing reconciliation).

Data transfers

Our primary infrastructure is located in the United States. If you are accessing the Service from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US under US law.
