What buyers ask.

Is there a free tier?: Not today. The weekly digest is free and unlimited — three hand-picked opportunities every Friday with the reasoning. The platform itself is paid access only.
How long is the contract?: Month-to-month on the monthly plan; one-year term on the annual plan. Annual gets you two months free. Cancel any time on the monthly plan from inside the platform.
Are you SOC 2 compliant?: SOC 2 Type I is in progress with Type II evidence collection following. Audit-log instrumentation, access reviews, and incident-response runbooks are already in place. Enterprise buyers get the current control map and timeline on request.
Do you have an API?: REST API access is included on the Enterprise tier — read access to opportunities, scores, pipeline records, and saved searches, scoped to your workspace. Integrations with major CRMs and proposal-management tools land on the same tier.
What happens to our data if we cancel?: Your pipeline records, saved searches, and capture history are yours. On cancellation we provide a portable export (CSV plus JSON) and delete the workspace dataset on a 30-day timer consistent with our Privacy policy.
Can we see the platform before paying?: Yes — for design partners and qualified prospects. Email hello@vectorbrief.io and we’ll walk through end-to-end. We are deliberately picky; design-partner slots are limited.
